Emerging Enterprise Account Executive - Expansion

The Role
As an Expansion Account Executive at Axonius, you will be responsible for a book of business with accounts up to 2,000 employees in size. Your primary focus will be to ensure the success and continued partnership with our customers. You will manage the entire post-sale customer relationship, from renewal to expansion.
This is a high-impact role where you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, securing renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts by cross-selling our growing portfolio of products.
What You'll Do
- Own the Renewal Process: Manage the renewal cycle for your book of business, ensuring a high renewal rate and a seamless experience for your customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their evolving needs and demonstrate the ongoing value of the Axonius platform.
- Drive Account Expansion: Actively identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional Axonius products and services. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers leverage the full power of our platform to solve their security challenges.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Develop deep, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within your accounts, including technical teams, security leaders, and executive sponsors. This includes working closely with our channel partners to ensure a collaborative and effective go-to-market strategy.
- Quarterback the Customer Experience: Serve as the main point of contact for your customers, collaborating with internal teams such as Support, Customer Success, and Product to address customer needs and ensure a positive experience.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer retention and growth. You'll understand the competitive landscape and articulate the unique value proposition of Axonius.
- Provide Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, sharing valuable insights with our Product and Marketing teams to help shape our future offerings.
What You'll Need
- At least 2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) role or 1+ year of experience in an account management or closing role within a software company.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion goals.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate the value of a technical solution to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with forecasting and managing a pipeline of renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with a reseller/channel based go to market strategy.
