Contractor Program Security Officer, Senior

Key Role:
Manage classified government contract programs and oversight of the day-to-day operations of a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF). Provide support in clearance processing, visit certifications, document control, and physical security for controlled areas associated with special access programs. Conduct highly sensitive security briefings. Coordinate all security education programs. Act as a primary liaison with upper management and outside agencies. Interact with internal and external clients or government security officials to perform security duties, address routine personnel security matters with employees regarding issues, report preparation, program security access briefings, and other duties, as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or security specialist administering security programs
- Experience with SCI or SAP programs, JPAS, and eQIP
- Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD), and DoD and COMSEC security requirements
- Knowledge of the government classified contract process
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED

- Bachelor's degree
- Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
- Special Program Security Certification (SPSC)
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
