What You'll Be Doing:
Design and develop and maintain clinical trainings, including computer-based learning modules, training manuals, exercises, competency assessment and testing, in support of the employee roles and job functions.
Collaborate with clinical operations subject matter experts to identify learning needs, training objectives and instruct design to develop specifications for content of courses.
Utilize adult learning principles to create engaging, accessible, and interactive training content. Evaluate and make recommendations regarding training material, training modality (i.e., eLearning, instructor-led programs, blended learning options, job aids), and methodology.
Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness. Implement recommendations based on assessment.
Track, analyze and report on training outcomes to cross-functional teams based on organizational need.
Manage Clinical Operations departmental trainings in LMS, including tracking uploaded trainings, reviewing trainings on an annual or biennial basis, and replacing or archiving outdated trainings.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in relevant field such as education, human resources, organizational development, instructional design, public health, drug development, clinical trial management
Prior experience developing and delivering training a variety of settings including small/large groups, classroom, online, etc.
2+ years of relevant industry experience
Demonstrates an understanding of CRO services, including knowledge of the processes and procedures for conducting a clinical trial.
Knowledge of web-based applications for training creation and delivery (e.g., Articulate 360, Cornerstone LMS)
Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting base pay for this role is $60,000 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
