Summary   To indoctrinate new employees on Company Policy and Procedures as they apply to performance in the process line environment by performing the following duties.                                             

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

Must be very knowledgeable on all aspects of the processing lines, equipment, and job performance.

 

Must know the Safety Precautions and SOP & SSOP's of the jobs.

 

Be a good listener and can communicate verbally and demonstrate job details (show and tell).

 

This is a safety sensitive position.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities                                                  

 

Directly supervises 40 to 70 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
