What You'll Be Doing

• Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services.
• Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products.
• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
• Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project, i.e., product on schedule and within budget constraints.
• This role does not have responsibility over product development but often requires a technical background in order to complete its overall project management responsibility. This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end.

• Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
• Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility
• Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives
• Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems
• Develops plans and delivers results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments
• Provides input to functional or departmental strategy
• Manages large, potentially diverse teams of managers and/or senior professionals

​Experience / Education

Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Work Arrangement

Fully Remote: must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$143,200.00 - $286,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
