We are currently hiring an OMS Executive, overseeing our WEC Welding and Machining teams. This individual will be the Executive for various services and products conducting PWR & BWR & Industrial Welding & Machining Services, including Safety and non-Safety related installation, repair, equipment maintenance, and special projects at multiple global sites.  Lead the WW&M services business line for the AOMS market ensuring delivery of best-in-class performance and flawless execution while maintaining or exceeding revenue growth and margin expectations. Drive innovative and customer centric solutions to solve the most demanding industry challenges related to asset management assessment.  Accountable for all aspects of operation, including overall cost management across all outage inputs (e.g., contingent labor and equipment/tool resources).  Responsible for the Profit and Loss of the WW&M Service Business Sub-Segment which includes over $90M of total revenue.

This is a remote position that can be performed from any location within the United States.

 

Your Day to Day:

• Manager of 5 managers and over 30 Full time personnel plus 150 contingent resources
• Responsible for the Profit and Loss of the WW&M Service Business Sub-Segment
• Overall responsibility for all Field Service Project preparation, planning, resourcing, implementation, and field execution of the Field Service Standard services portfolio
• Responsible for talent management, development, and resources for entire field operation effort.
• Champion of continuous improvement and organizational learning within the standard services.
• Responsible for over 150 field personnel in both the fall and spring outage seasons.
• Maintain, deploy, and provide support for all PWR & BWR & Industrial Welding & Machining Services, including Safety and non-Safety related installation, repair, equipment maintenance, and special projects
• Develops and controls financial plan and budget. Implements effective cost control systems over capital, operating expenditures, and maintenance costs to assure site operations meet financial objectives.
• Establish and achieve productivity targets that drive year-over-year improvements, by implementing operational excellence and other modern production planning tools and technologies.
• Own key operational customer relationship; responding to queries in a timely manner, coordinating solutioning for any incidents or project concerns
• Assess capacity demand & available resources to support project (across equipment, internal, and external labor)
• Ensure all resources are qualified to execute scope
• Owns the timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer needs and project SOW
• Ensuring project is meeting pre-defined financial and & KPIs
• Provide customer feedback, lessons learned, project statuses to inform product roadmap and strategic direction of OMS
• Engage operational level clients to manage project delivery status and determine additional commercial opportunities
• Maintain solid working relationships with contract labor providers to ensure sufficient resourcing to support outage needs
• Provide input to Account and Sales groups on customer feedback to inform product innovation pipeline go-forward strategy

Who You Are:
