Job Description Summary
What impact you'll make?The Parts Operations Analyst role will be reporting to the Parts Operation Leader, this data analyst position focuses on meeting day-to-day parts fulfillment operations analytics demands, it involves consolidation and reporting, driving business process automation and data standards; and supporting improvement of key Parts Operation metrics.
This role also involves aggregating and estimating of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics for Parts Fulfillment. This cross functional role involves working closely with Regional Parts Fulfillment, Process Excellence, Lean Team, Inventory Team, Sourcing Team, Warehouse Team, IT and Finance team.
Job Description
What you’ll do
- Drive KPI Report efficiency and data accuracy by developing advanced Excel formulas, functions, and automation tools (e.g., macros, VBA, Tableau Desktop)..
- Drive the ETL enhancements with DNA Team and ensure data integrity across the entire parts operation value stream.
- Drive automation for repetitive tasks and reporting processes to minimize manual effort and reduce error rates
- Drive monthly bowler publishing: work with owners to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and streamline data workflows.
- Drive Parts KPI actuals and projected reporting and analytics; partner with region fulfillment leaders to support improvement initiatives.
- Support Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR), by driving the regional managers feedback and creation of the Parts Delivery Deck.
- Continuously improve Excel tools, templates, and Parts Data SOT to align with evolving business needs and performance goals.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business / Engineering.
- Relevant experience in data analytics and reporting, working across ERP, Data Lake.
- Open minded, flexible and able to multitask.
- Proficiency in English and strong computer application skills (MS office)
- Structured problem-solving skills
- Strong data analytics background in working across ERP and Data Lake environments.
