This Operations Administrative Support Role provides the Payroll Service Delivery Team in all Administrative needs including but not limited to:

• Managing Cases and escalating complex case as needed to Service team 
• Managing Payroll Mailbox for all Service Delivery topics/issues
• Tracking/ filing all documentation inbound and outbound for the Service Delivery team
• Running and distributing reports per pay period on all special pay processing
• Logging, Processing mail as it comes into the Payroll Location

Required Skills:

•  Attention to Detail 
• Strong system knowledge
• HR operations experience
• Demonstrated strong organizational and follow up skills:
• Good communication and customer service experience
• 1-3 years Business experience 
• 1-3 years Basic payroll experience

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $56,900 - Max $85,400

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
