Sales Manager, Eastern Europe

This position will be placed either in Poland or the Czech Republic.

What you’ll do:

• Own and grow the Retail & Online channel in Eastern Europe, driving revenue and margin growth

• Manage and strengthen relationships with key retail and distributor partner

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region

• Create and execute customer plans covering product portfolios, marketing, and promotional activities in line with EMEA strategy

• Support in forecasting and demand planning to ensure delivery alignment and business continuity

• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining deep insight into regional market conditions

You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Central & Eastern Europe. 

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

• 5+ years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics and/or Telecom

• A proven network and influence within Eastern European retail and distribution channels

• Strong account planning, forecasting, and promotional planning skills

• Resilient, self-motivated, and highly organised—able to prioritise independently from a home office

• Experience in international sales, with hands-on execution of region-wide sales strategies

• Passionate about tech, business growth, and customer success

• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish or Czech (other Eastern European languages are a bonus)
