Senior Brand and Visual Designer

Join our Marketing and Sales Team as a Senior Brand & Visual Designer.
As our Senior Brand & Visual Designer, you will elevate RentVision's visual identity by creating high-quality, consistent visuals across all brand touchpoints. Your work will visually convey the story of RentVision's products and services, aiding our marketing and sales team in winning new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and build a strong visual identity: Take our brand to the next level by crafting and continuously improving our high-quality visual identity and style guidelines.
- Design across all brand touchpoints: Help visually tell the story of our company across all mediums and platforms—website, social media, print materials, presentations, and more.
- Take design projects from concept to completion: Be able to run with a design brief completely on your own, while collaborating effectively and staying open to feedback.
- Ensure brand consistency across our organization: Work with other cross-functional teams to carry our brand and visual identity throughout the organization.
Team Collaboration:
- Work within our Marketing & Sales office alongside three other team members.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment—enjoy giving and receiving feedback.
- Engage in regular communication and collaboration with other departments and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in design, art direction and/or visual identity development.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design & visual storytelling skills across digital and print mediums—web, interactive, social media, print and other.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc), Figma, or other design tools.
- A keen eye for aesthetics with an ability to solve design problems creatively, systematically, and with a strong attention to detail.
- Expert understanding of web design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Proven project management experience and the ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
- Marketing Agency: Experience in a marketing agency setting is highly preferred, but not required.
- Multifamily Industry: Experience in the Apartment/Multifamily industry is preferred, but not required.
- College Degree: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or a related field is preferred, but not required.
