Scope:
Manage the entire implementation lifecycle from post-sales to project completion
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and integration partners
Handle projects of varying complexity and scale within the building management software domain
Contribute to the refinement and improvement of implementation processes
SaaS or Tech background preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage 8-15 concurrent implementation projects for our SaaS platform
Coordinate directly with clients to collect necessary data, pictures, and assets
Liaise between internal teams and customers to ensure project timelines are met
Follow and maintain well-documented processes for project implementation
Participate in client calls and email communications to manage project progress
Provide regular updates to the implementation team lead on project statuses
Facilitate the flow of information and data between multiple parties involved in the implementation process
Requirements
Strong familiarity with SaaS platforms, particularly in the built environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of technical aptitude, though coding skills are not required
Ability to understand and use technical jargon related to building systems
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in using various internal tools for project tracking and management
