Job Description

Embark on a rewarding journey with our team as a Banquet Bartender, a key player in our vibrant events you will not just serve drinks; you will be the curator of heartfelt moments, an alchemist of flavors, and the heartbeat of our social haven.

  • Connect with the Beverage Captain to review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), confirming event details (location, timeline, product, assignments, flow, etc.)
  • Ensure that the bar is well-stocked at all times, and maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Prepare and serve beverages efficiently while assisting guests at the bar.
  • Relate with guests about needs, satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service
  • Be knowledgeable about the drink offerings on the Banquet menu and BEOs, as well as all standard drinks, to assist guests in choosing their beverage based on likes/dislikes
  • Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient operation of events, including but not limited to moving rental equipment.

Pay $45 - 55 / hour (inclusive of gratuity)

Qualifications

  • One year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender preferred.
  • Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine. Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
  • Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.

*Must have state-required Alcohol Training Certificate prior to beginning role
