Senior Product Manager, Analytics

ReturnLogic is actively seeking an experienced product manager to help build and scale ReturnLogic's data analytics solutions. A successful candidate will have a record of solving difficult problems, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and forging a new path forward. We are pioneering technology solutions for the modern retailer. Customer returns is a growing pain point of ecommerce retailers. It's a problem that has gone largely unsolved... until now.

In order to serve our retailers in making informed business decisions not only on returns management but across their business, we aim to provide solutions enabling the organization, analysis and examination of data as well as the discovery of patterns. Beyond the core mechanics of returns, we want to evolve our solutions from basic descriptive analytics to intelligent prescriptive analytics. These will be key in helping retailers optimize their business practices across basic and more complex policies modeled around customer lifetime value. Enabling not only end users through the presentation of structured data and visualizations, analytics will also be leveraged directly by our platform and applications to enhance the business logic layers. Fortunately, we’ve done our homework, and found product market fit. We’ve found the rest of the puzzle pieces, and we're assembling the team to put them together with our strategy.

Responsibilities

• Discover, analyze, prioritize, and create a shared understanding of market problems and measurable desired outcomes achievable through technology integrations

• Develop and deliver on the company's data analytics strategy and governance model in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and through frequent customer engagement
• Deliver new and incremental value through the creation and expansion of data solutions
• Establish and maintain healthy relationships with independent software vendors and other external parties that have complementary value propositions in leveraging and delivering data solutions
• Manage our data analytics solutions through the entire product lifecycle
• Drive awareness, understanding and adoption of data analytics solutions

• Collaborate with product development partners and stakeholders to predictably and sustainably achieve business goals

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in SaaS/PaaS product development as product manager, engineering lead or similar function
• 4+ years’ experience with data analytics
• Strong understanding of modern data modeling, analytics and visualization techniques and tools
• Subject matter expertise in the analytics maturity model and experience in managing products across the model for both end users and dependent development efforts
• Strong understanding of the SDLC (software product development lifecycle) and PLC (product lifecycle) in an Agile mindset
• Exceptional writing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Demonstrable success in driving product vision, strategy and executionBe empathetic, creative, confident, assertive, and analytical

Salary Range:

• $140,000 to $170,000
