The Role at a Glance
We are excited to bring on a motivated Sr. Quantitative Derivatives Lead to MRM, In this role you will be responsible of the improving and maintaining existing in-house credit risk models. Prototyping and implementing quantitative/statistical methodology.
What you'll be doing
- Digest the internal credit model, deeply understand the math behind it.
- Handle ad-hoc requests regarding the internal credit risk projection system, modify and improve the existing system.
- Work with senior members on research topics on Risk Management (such as hedging and credit risk projection)
- Implement prototype model with python , translate math into code in a limited timeframe.
What we’re looking for
Must have:
- 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree in math, physics, engineering or finance
- Solid math/statistics background
- Strong coding skills (Python or any additional programming language)
- Familiar with Database, Data visualization
- Strong communication skills
- Curiosity and passion to conduct research
Nice to have:
- Masters or Ph.D degree
- Previous experience in credit risk modeling
- Familiar with AI/Machine Learning

Pay Range: $67,000 - $120,700
Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
