NHQPurpose
- As the regions grow, expansions and processes will need to adapt to meet business needs. Work closely with each region to evaluate and standardize Vehicle Administration processes within regions and National Vehicle Administration. Assess and provide suggestions/solutions to address process enhancements and improvements, considering business needs.
Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing HMA/GMA Regions (CE, EA, MA, MS, SC, SO, WE) with their company car inventories.
- Provide the Regions with guidance and ensuring they are following and enforcing all Company Car policies.
- Have advanced knowledge and a thorough understanding of Company Car policies.
- Identify Region knowledge gaps and suggest policy changes where needed.
- Handle the development, and delivery of training to regional distribution/VA (Vehicle Administration) staff to address those knowledge needs.
- Use various data reports to monitor, control, track and resolve problems in maintaining accurate and timely information of all vehicles in the Vehicle Administration Company Car System.
- Research, analyze, suggest, Company Car system and enhancements for customer satisfaction.
- Partner with the Sr. Group Manager on the Company Car Policy exception requests for consideration/approval.
- Responsible for managing Distributor/Dealer/Manufacturer plates at the regional level.
- Manage special projects and management level reports as assigned.

- CR/PR approval as defined by company policies.
- Address issues of allocation, tracking and inventory control of company-owned vehicles to seek effective and efficient processes.
- This role requires the performance of work directly related to management and/or general business operations
- The exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance is required.
Education
~ Must be a high school graduate~ Bachelor’s degree preferredRelated Experience
- Five or more years of experience directly related with vehicle tracking and integrated vehicle database systems is required.
- Experienced in the use of central computer systems and PC skills, including MS Word and Excel.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and decision-making requirements.
