Digital Marketing Executive

Digital Marketing Executive:

Decklaration is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive who can support the marketing stream of our US-based clients. We are looking for someone who has experience and mind for taking the MVPs to the next level of growth by applying various marketing tools and strategies.   

• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns (organic or paid).   
  
• Design, build and maintain the social media presence through a comprehensive strategy aligned with client business objectives. 
  
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).  
  
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.  
  
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.  
  
• Plan, execute, and measures experiments and conversion tests.  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.  
  
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.  
  
• Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user/sales funnels. 
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing  
  
• Experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and account-based marketing  
  
• Experience in copywriting and editing social media content and posts 
  
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising policies including SEO, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook, Instagram Twitter etc.  
  
• Good knowledge of CRMs like Hubspot  
  
• Good at reporting and analysis  
  
• Knowledge of landing pages/web development
