We are seeking an enthusiastic OMG’er to join our Team as an Associate Product Manager. In this role, you will work with the Product Team to drive the development and growth of both of our Store platforms while ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience (specifically in the area of Store Building & Storefronts.) You will work closely with cross-functional Teams to understand customer needs, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions that enhance our platform's functionality, usability, and user experience.

If you are DFW-based, this role will require in-office attendance three (3) days per week.

Day in the Life

• Work with the Product Team to define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business goals
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
• Work with the Product Team to develop and maintain product documentation, including business cases for larger investments, product requirements, and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering and UX designers to ensure product development meets the defined requirements and user needs
• Assist with product launches and ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction
• Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders, including customers, internal Teams, and executives
• Collaborate with every cross-functional Team here at OMG to ensure successful solutions, product launches, and adoption
• Analyze user data and feedback to inform product improvements and iterate on existing products
• Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of user behavior, preferences, and pain points
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation

Requirements

Must Haves

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional Teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Basic knowledge of software development processes and principles
• Passion for delivering high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business results
• Track record of demonstrating the OMG Magic Behavioral Anchors, specifically working cross-functionally to find solutions with an Embracing It. Owning It. All In. mentality. This role requires a "Create Solutions" mindset!
