The Role: As our Service Technician, you’ll be the hero behind the scenes, swooping in to save the day when our equipment needs a little TLC. From fixing espresso machines to fine-tuning brewers, you’ll be our go-to guru for all things mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related. Plus, you’ll be spreading smiles by providing top-notch customer service and ensuring our customers are brewing up perfection every time.

Job Responsibilities

• Embark on thrilling adventures to customer locations to diagnose and repair equipment quirks.
• Work your magic in our Market Center, reviving equipment to its former glory.
• Master the art of documenting your heroics (and maybe even adding a little flair to your work order notes).
• Embrace the unexpected with scheduled and unscheduled service calls, installations, and water filter changes.
• Keep our service area and trusty van in tip-top shape, all while following safety guidelines and rocking out to your favorite tunes.

Qualifications

• A knack for fixing things and a passion for problem-solving (bonus points if you’re the MacGyver of small electrical appliances).
• Superb communication skills and a heart as warm and inviting as a freshly brewed cup of coffee.
• A High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license to fuel your epic adventures.
• The strength of a superhero (okay, maybe just the ability to lift half your body weight and reach for the stars).
