Marina Maintenance Technician

OVERVIEW: The Maintenance personal provides cleaning and maintenance to Marina building areas.

KEY TASKS:

• Maintain all areas of marina buildings
• Keep electric up to code and updated
• Repair/Maintain water pipes
• Repair/Maintain offices
• Fix/Replace and Maintain all mechanical/electrical operations
• Paint and Maintain all Marina facilities
• Summer/Winterize all Marina facilities
• Daily trash removal
• Daily cleaning of all surface areas
• Inspect and maintain dock cables
• Repair any electrical problems
• Daily walk through of marina
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Other duties as assigned
