Student Employee (Overnight)

Overview The College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Student Employee to assist overnight in the Equine unit. This position in the JTV Large Animal Teaching Hospital is responsible for assisting with patient care in the equine section between 9 pm and 6 am. Responsibilities The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Setting up for emergencies Assisting with hourly walk-bys Administer medications Perform physical exams Hang IV fluids Maintain cleanliness of the hospital and animal areas Restock supplies Qualifications Enrolled student at Auburn University Expectations: Willingness to learn and follow directions.
