Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access and visitor activity while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and emergency response support at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas while verifying authorized access, observing visitor traffic, and documenting security-related incidents and/or policy concerns.
• Support site personnel during high-traffic periods, special events, and/or sensitive interactions by maintaining a professional presence and following post orders and location procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
