Are you looking for a position that will take advantage of your management and analytical skills? You may be an excellent candidate for the ELC Project Administrator Senior role with the Maricopa County Department of Public Health!
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Administrator with expertise in post-award grant administration and project management to support the Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity (ELC) project. As a Project Administrator, you will serve as the crucial link between a public health program and the Office of Grants Management to monitor and balance the shared and sometimes competing needs of the program, the County’s and funder’s administrative requirements, the project’s deliverables and timelines, and the funder-approved work plans.
Please note that this is a contract position.

We Require
Two years of professional experience in grant, program, or project management, preferably in a government or academic setting focused on public health
Bachelor's degree in public health, public administration, business, or a closely related field
Within one month of hire, all employees will be required to provide evidence of immunity or receive immunizations for vaccine-preventable illnesses for any position within the Maricopa County Department of Public Health; required immunizations include MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Tdap (whooping cough and diphtheria), Varicella (chickenpox), and annual Influenza/COVID; some positions require a Hepatitis B vaccine and/or a Tuberculosis test

Master's degree in public health, public administration, business, or a closely related field
Three or more years of professional experience in sponsored programs or project management, preferably in a government or academic setting focused on public health
Experience working with Federal and State reporting systems, such as Grant Solutions, ELC Camp, REDCap, PHIVE, and NIH eRA Commons
