Occupational Therapist (OT) – Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing | Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg, OH

Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll design and deliver therapy programs that help residents restore independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance their overall quality of life in a supportive, resident-centered care environment in Perrysburg, Ohio.

What You’ll Do as an Occupational Therapist

• Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapy focused on improving self-care, fine motor skills, mobility, and independence

• Track progress, update therapy plans, and maintain accurate documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other rehab specialists

• Educate residents and families on therapy goals, adaptive techniques, and safe practices

• Ensure occupational therapy services comply with Ohio state regulations and Kingston’s standards of care

What You’ll Need

• Active Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) license required

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred (new grads welcome)

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

• Compassionate, resident-first approach to therapy

• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative care team
