Pay Range:
$38.20 - $57.30Additonal $6/hr float pool differential once off orientation period.
Where You Will Work:
The Pediatric Med/Surg Float Team provides supplemental staffing across Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte, NC and occasionally Atrium Health Cabarrus Levine Children's Jeff Gordon Children's Center in Concord, NC. RN's primarily support the general pediatric medical surgical units, but have the ability to cross-train in specialty areas within Levine Children's Hospital i.e., Children's ED, CVICU, PICU, Neonatal, Progressive, and obtain Chemo certification.
Opportunities for cross-training into specialty area are available based on department needs, individual performance, and seniority. Cross-training is typically considered after at least one year of experience in the role with
