What you'll do:

As the newest Optometrist on the team, you’ll provide comprehensive eye care in a flourishing practice that values quality, connection, and personalized patient experiences. In this role, you’ll perform routine and medical eye exams, conduct contact lens fittings, prescribe medications as appropriate, and care for a diverse patient base across all ages and visual needs. Each day offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, whether supporting children with their first exams, helping seniors manage age-related vision changes, or treating patients with more complex eye conditions. You’ll also collaborate closely with opticians and administrative team members to deliver a seamless, compassionate experience for every patient. This is a full-time opportunity with an approximately 30-hour workweek.

You’re a passionate, patient-focused Optometrist who is committed to delivering exceptional eye care and supporting the long-term growth of a thriving private practice. You’re confident in caring for a diverse patient base and managing approximately 25 to 30 patients per day, you bring strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset to every interaction. You’re enthusiastic about staying current with advancements in optometry, creating personalized treatment plans, and working closely with opticians, technicians, and administrative team members to provide a seamless patient experience. With a genuine passion for helping others and a desire to grow alongside the practice, you’ll play an important role in Manahawkin Vision’s continued success and positive impact in the community.
