This role focuses on hands-on administration of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and related platforms, along with deeper technical problem-solving and system optimization. You'll also grow alongside our modernization efforts across CRM, digital communications, integrations, and automation.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (users, security, automation, reporting)
- Serve as a primary contact for application support and troubleshooting
- Maintain data quality and build reports and dashboards
- Support digital communication platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Deep Target, Customer.io)
- Write and maintain SOQL and SQL queries for reporting and validation
- Participate in integrations, automation, and platform enhancements
- Collaborate with business partners and Information Security
Preferred Experience
- Salesforce administration experience
- Exposure to SQL, Apex, JavaScript, Python, or similar
- Experience with DocuSign, Jira, or marketing platforms a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field-or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Typically 4–6 years in a technology role supporting business applications, platforms, or integrations.
