Wrike is looking for a Senior Accountant to support our accounting operations and reporting. We’re looking for a motivated, well-organized, and experienced individual with knowledge of IFRS accounting principles who are interested in growth in the international environment.

More about Your team

The International accounting team is a part of Wrike’s Global Controllership organization. We support all Wrike entities globally with accounting operations, reporting, and tax matters. We strive to be analytical as opposed to processors, and we consider having a problem solver’s mentality to be a core competency.

How You’ll make an impact 

• Accounting for Czech Republic
• Maintain accounting books and records;
• Create, verify and maintain accounting general ledger journals;
• Follow and maintain controls and processes
• Preparation of management reports including reconciliations, TB, Income Statement and Balance Sheet for Czech entity;
• Prepare ad hoc reports such as expense analysis and comparison reports;
• Collaborate with the Global Tax Director to prepare/review and submit VAT reports for EU countries.
• Communicate and collaborate with different departments to obtain the necessary information for accurate financial records
• Assists with year-end audit and statutory financial statements.
• Assists with reports for the Group Consolidation
• Maintain world-class financials ensuring timely, reliable, accurate, complete, and consistent financial results
• Streamline operations and tasks

You’ll achieve your best if you have

• 5+ years of Accounting experience
• Experience with Czech accounting and reporting 
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and analytical skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Ability to absorb information quickly, motivated to continually acquire knowledge and skills
• Good level of Czech language
