Senior Associate - Enterprise Relationship Management

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week
This position is hybrid - Tuesday - Thursday in the New York Office and Monday and Friday work from home.
Position Overview:
The ERM Senior Associate will support the development and execution of the Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM) function by assisting in data gathering, organization, and analysis related to key business relationships. This role will focus on maintaining accurate relationship data, improving reporting processes, and supporting cross-functional coordination efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting
• Collect, organize, and maintain key data points related to enterprise relationships, including meeting records, engagement history, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in updating and managing relationship databases, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
• Support the development of dashboards and reports to provide insights into relationship effectiveness and business development efforts.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERM tracking tools.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for ERM-related meetings.
• Support communication between internal teams by organizing and sharing relevant data.
• Help document key takeaways from meetings and track follow-up actions.
Process Support & Administration:
• Maintain ERM processes, including documentation, meeting coordination, and database updates.
• Assist in evaluating technology and CRM solutions to enhance ERM data management.
• Track and measure key ERM metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, business operations, relationship management, or a related field, preferably within financial services or insurance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience working with data and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and other data management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $95,000-$140,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
