Crating Technician

Armoured One located in Syracuse, NY is recruiting for a full time Crate Technician!

 

The Crate Technician will assemble crates, package glass into crates, document the progress and maintain inventory.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, hourly: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Assemble and design crates.
• Document progress and update documentation.
• Receive and account inventory.
• Pack and unpack glass deliveries.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools and equipment.
• Keeping recorders of projects.
• Order supplies as needed.
• Inspect incoming glass according to the given standard and document reports.
• Maintain harmony among workers.
• Follow the instructions of the supervisor.
• Input all shipments into the computer.

USD $18.00/Hr.

Max Compensation

USD $23.00/Hr.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: 

• Driver’s license and dependable transportation required.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.

Skills and Abilities: 

• Strong work ethic and organizational skills 
• Team player with ability to work collectively with others within the organization.  
• Comfortable in a fast paced and fluid environment.  
• Self-directed with the ability to be resourceful, plan and organize work. 
• Displays positive attitudes and practices good work ethics that reflects the mission, vision, and values of Armoured One.
