📌What You’ll Do

✅ Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new features and product improvements.✅ Collaborate with the Product team to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements with product goals.✅ Refine and prioritize backlog tickets, ensuring they are well-defined for development.✅ Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate feature impact.✅ Create user stories, process flows, and documentation to support development teams.✅ Work closely with QA to develop test cases and ensure thorough testing.✅Answer product-related questions from internal team members, providing clarity on functionality and requirements.✅ Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to provide insights for continuous improvement.

🎯What You Bring

🌟 Proven experience as a Business Analyst (or related role) in a software development environment.🧐 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.🛠️ Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).🤝 Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.🚀 Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred).🏆 QA experience (preferred).
