Business Developer Battery Projects (f/m/d)

<p><strong>Workload: 100%</strong></p><p>Axpo is expanding its renewables portfolio by developing and managing battery storage projects. As a Project Developer, you will play a key role in building a pipeline of battery storage projects across Romania and SEE, from identifying sites to obtaining all necessary permits and engaging key stakeholders.</p><h4><strong>What you will do:</strong></h4><ul> <li>Lead the battery storage project development cycle, from site identification to permit acquisition.</li> <li>Coordinate with external development companies.</li> <li>Engage with grid operators, landowners, authorities, and stakeholders for project approvals.</li> <li>Conduct site analyses and support due diligence processes.</li> <li>Prepare and manage relevant project documentation.</li> <li>Monitor regulatory updates and market reforms impacting battery storage in SEE.</li> </ul><h4><strong>What you bring &amp; who you are:</strong></h4><ul> <li>University degree in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, or a related field.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in renewable project development (PV, wind), ideally in authorization or grid application processes.</li> <li>Strong project management skills and familiarity with energy markets, especially in SEE.</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured approach.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.</li> <li>Fluent in English.</li> </ul><h4><strong>About the team:</strong></h4><p>Join a dynamic team focused on advancing renewable energy solutions within Axpo and across the SEE region.
