<h2>Position Snapshot</h2>
<ul>
<li>Preparation and execution of content strategy in digital channel, incl. content creation and adaptation process management (websites, digital media, ecomm)</li>
<li>Content analysis and its optimalisation to improve agreed metrics</li>
<li>Management of social media profiles (preparation content strategy and content calendar, posts preparation and publication, moderation, organisation of live webinars)</li>
<li>Websites management from the content perspective (new websites publications, new content implementation and optimalisation to maximise SEO results) </li>
<li>Being Content Hub Super User and supporting marketing team members in usage of the tool</li>
<li>Managing the work of external stakeholders (copywriter, developing agencies etc.)</li>
</ul>
<h2>Candidate profile:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Education: master degree in economics/marketing/social science/media/communication</li>
<li>Knowledge of consumer funnel and ability to translate it into content and communication plans</li>
<li>Knowledge of social media environment</li>
<li>Experience in content strategy, content creation and social media management</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of websites adaptation and management</li>
<li>Consumer oriented thinking </li>
<li>Data orientation and fluency in data analysis to maximise business objectives</li>
<li>Open-minded and learning on the fly – readiness to adapt new knowledge and following current trends in content and media</li>
<li>High level of initiative/entrepreneurship and can-do mindset</li>
<li>Ability to plan, prioritise and structure own work and work of others</li>
<li>Well-developed competency of dealing with ambiguity</li>
<li>Collaborative attitude and highly developed interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Fluency or very good knowledge of English, working knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel)</li>
<li>Nice to have: </li>
