Senior Product Designer

How about you?     We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with the experience, passion and skills to change the world of design – one project at a time.     Would you like to:

• Design and prototype interfaces for mobile, web, embedded devices and more, helping translate them into state-of-the-art visual design
• Conduct user research to identify main user insights and opportunity spaces, and transform these into powerful concepts and designs
• Produce storyboards, scenarios, user flows, wireframes, design prototypes and UX specifications
• Clearly communicate and present the work and approach to your team and colleagues 
• Help ambitious organisations to build solutions truly serving both humanity and our planet 
• Collaborate with other Designits, clients, and third-parties to ensure design intent throughout the development and final shipment 
• Work with a team of experienced, passionate designers in an open, emotionally intelligent environment 
• Have the opportunity to travel to work with our international clients 

We would like you to be:

• A designer with 4+ years of experience with digital product design and design research
• Have an interest in data informed product design
• Be comfortable with visual design (UI, Branding, Graphic Design) and able to showcase this through real-life projects featured in your portfolio
• Be willing to work in multidisciplinary teams of designers, data analysts, strategists, researchers, technologists and developers, and secure in navigating agile production environments
• Experience with design systems and atomic/material design frameworks
• An EU national, or with a working permit for Spain – this is a must have!
• A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive –­ and the guts – to bring them to life
• Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together
• Fluent in English and Spanish – other languages are a bonus!
