As the first point of contact for our residents and their guests, you aren't just parking cars—you're providing a premium service that makes their day easier and brighter.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

The Warm Welcome: Greet residents and their guests with a professional, friendly attitude.


Precision Parking: Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring everyone gets where they need to go on time.


Resident Support: Assist with groceries, luggage, or mobility aids—going the extra mile is what we do!


Front-Door Excellence: Work with the Site Supervisor to keep the entrance organized, safe, and welcoming.

Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
2+ years of driving experience
Valid drivers license
Acceptable driving record
Good customer service skills
Friendly and outgoing
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures
Must project professionalism
Professional appearance; neatly groomed (no visible tattoos)
Must be able to jog, walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)
Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated stable, punctual work history
