We are seeking experienced Medical-Surgical nurses to join our Acute Care Unit for a 13-week seasonal assignment and help care for our community when demand is at its highest.

At Logan Health, seasonal RNs are not viewed as temporary help—they are fully integrated members of the Acute Care Unit team. From day one, you will work alongside experienced nurses, providers, therapists, case managers, and support staff to deliver exceptional care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions. You'll play a vital role in supporting patients through acute illness, treatment, recovery, and discharge while collaborating within a highly engaged interdisciplinary care team.

You'll gain valuable experience managing complex patient needs, coordinating care across specialties, and supporting patients through hospitalization and recovery. ACU offers the opportunity to sharpen foundational nursing skills while caring for a broad and diverse patient population

13-week seasonal assignment
36 hours per week (3x12-hour shifts)
15% seasonal premium pay
$1,000 bonus after 30 days
$1,000 bonus after 60 days
$2,000 completion bonus
What We're Looking For
Current Montana RN license or compact license eligibility
2+ years of Med/Surg experience
Strong critical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
