<p>Do you have experience in <strong>controlling </strong>and in <strong>Greek Accounting Standards</strong>?</p><p>Do you thrive in roles that allow you to organize, analyze, and interpret data? </p><p></p><p>ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a production plant in Thessaloniki, member of a multinational group, is looking for <strong>General Ledger SSC Controller.</strong></p><p></p><p>📌 Location: Thessaloniki</p><p>📍 Working Model: On-site</p><p>🖋️ You will be reporting to: SSC Manager Italy, Greece  </p><p> </p><p><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Cooperate with the other Italian SSC department (Account receivable, Account payables and treasury department) and follow European Shared Service Centre procedures.<a rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"></a> </li> <li>Provide services to the plant in agreement with SLA between SSC Italy and the plant.</li> <li>Formulates and controls the accounting practices on the proper monitoring and representation of its transactions, the compiling of monthly &amp; annual filings to the tax authorities with the support of an External Senior Accountant if needed. </li> <li>VAT returns</li> <li>Withholding Taxes (on salaries, free lancers’ fees, Contactors etc) as well as stamp duties and other taxes </li> <li>Company Income Tax Return </li> <li>Tax fillings re company real property (ENFIA)</li> <li> Prepares and signs the Company's Financial Statements in accordance with group and Greek Accounting Standards</li> <li> Prepares other Financial Reports as required by the various State Services (BoG, Greek Statistic Service etc) or by the group.</li> <li>Participates in the monthly &amp; quarterly reporting re the issues under his/her responsibility.</li> <li>Communicates with public authorities when required with the support of an external senior accountant if needed. </li> <li> Serves administrative &amp; tax audits with the aim of speedy completion and with excellent results with the support of an external senior accountant if needed. </li> <li> Involved in Credit control with SSC AR Manager. </li> <li> Participates in customers valuation &amp; communicates with them in case of overdue accounts.
