We are currently seeking a motivated Director of Environmental Services to lead operations at Luthercare in Lititz, PA.

**You are subject to the following conditions of employment:

Background Check, Drug screening.

Providing leadership to management and housekeeping team for EVS operations. Must be able to pass drug test, and background check.

• Responsible for leading an hourly workforce and duties include recruiting, mentoring, and corrective action when needed.
• Drive client and resident satisfaction scores
• Provide a clean, safe environment for residents and staff
• Ability to collaborate with hospital staff within all departments
• Thorough understanding and compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to provide world class service.
• Monitor and maintain operating budgets such as payroll, supplies, equipment, and hospital budgets

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 plus years Director/management experience in a long term care, hospital, or relative housekeeping role leading a hourly workforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills
