Role Summary

At Traton Project Office, we lead cross-functional product development projects that drive premium value for our customers and the industry. 

We operate in a diverse and inclusive environment with new interfaces to R&D and property-driven development, ensuring that our products are not just innovative, but truly best in class. 

Here, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders—including Marketing, Production, R&D, Procurement, Logistics, and Aftermarket—to deliver high-impact state of the art projects that define the future of premium transport solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the development of the Traton Group eMobility solutions, in close collaboration with the brand specific project offices of the Traton Group.  .  

• Lead complex, cross-functional product development projects that strengthen Traton´s technical offerings. 

• Navigate new interfaces to R&D, ensuring seamless collaboration across functions. 

• Align stakeholders from diverse areas, making strategic decisions that balance business, technology, and sustainability. 

• Proactively manage risks and opportunities, ensuring that each project delivers high quality, on time, and within budget. 

• Inspire and empower teams, fostering a culture of inclusion, enthusiasm, innovation, and continuous learning. 

Who You Are

• A senior profile with lots of experience in leading cross-functional projects, ideally in product development, production, logistics, purchasing, or a related field. 

• An academic with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving. 

• A person with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and cultures. 

• A project manager with passion for driving business value through state of the art product development. 

• A leader with strong communication and leadership skills, enabling you to align teams and drive results without direct resource ownership also in a transforming environment.
