Job Description Summary

As the Head of the Business Intelligence team for GOS, you will play leading strategic role of data analytics and data warehousing departments in strategy development regarding the collection, visualization, modelling and analysis of data for various business functions/departments such as finance, lease administration, marketing, sales and operations.

You will endeavour to create new data-driven approaches for the purpose of generating business insights through data analytics and addressing unanswered business issues in a proactive manner. Moreover, you will work hand in hand with the head of Client Care and Services Data to ensure flawless delivery of top tier analytics outcome to our Customers. The key success indicators for the role are data security, accuracy, performance, and creativity.

Core Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics and data architecture strategy to support the GOS business objectives. 

• Establish data standards by defining and implementing data guardrails that ensure data is consistent, accurate, and reliable. 

• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party tools, and market research, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. 

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to establish the overall business data strategy, enterprise architecture and develop the end-to-end solutions for data sourcing, data processing/integration, data provisioning and delivery. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and measure performance against these metrics.
