The Agency for Health Care Administration is Florida's chief health policy and planning entity.
The Agency is responsible for administering the Florida Medicaid program, the licensure and regulation of nearly 50,000 health care facilities, and empowering consumers through health care transparency initiatives.

Position Overview:
This is not a remote worker (teleworker) position.
SALARY RANGE
$2,461.17 - $4,038.46 Biweekly ($63,990.42 - $104,999.96 Annually)
Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Experience, education, training, knowledge, skills and/or abilities as well as responses to pre-qualifying questions must be verifiable to meet the minimum qualifications.
This is a managerial position responsible for the administration and management of accounts receivable; ensuring proper and most efficient use of revenue; the oversight of the administration of federal grant funds as well as providing for the recording and reporting of grant expenditures within federal and state timeframes; and the direction and administration of the following units in the Bureau of Financial Services (Bureau): Grants Reporting, Medicaid Accounts Receivable, and Revenue.
Responsible for the maintenance and collection of accounts receivable generated from participating in the Florida Medicaid program and activities related to regulated health care facilities.
Manages the collection process, bankruptcy coordination, annual debt write-off request, and referral of overdue debt to the debt collection agency.
