You will be responsible of these projects throughout each project phase from framing, implementation until successful hypercare, with both Central and Local teams.   </p><p>You will address the following activities:  </p><p><strong>1/ Shape the PMI methodology to integrate future acquisitions within Operations Department </strong></p><p><em>You play an active role in modelling the most scalable and lean integration models depending on the type of acquisitions. </em></p><ul><li><p>Develop the integration strategy and set up integration guiding principles and playbooks </p></li><li><p>Spread to the local teams the PMI Operations vision  </p></li><li><p>Maximize value delivered from M&amp;A activities by implementing our framework for successful integration, and providing early strategic and best practices insights to Central &amp; Local teams </p></li></ul><p><strong>2/ Lead the Operations PMI projects </strong></p><p><em>You will ensure that all the integrations are moving on the correct path </em></p><ul><li><p>Understand the priorities with the Global PMI Office and anticipate needs within the Operations department </p></li><li><p>Create an integration roadmap (incl. project charters, master plans, identifying risks and interdependencies, etc.) </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Scope &amp; frame each integration project by : </p></li></ul><p>1. coordinating cross-functional teams (including Product, Operations, Finance, Commercial, Legal, IT, etc) </p><p>2. Defining the integration strategy depending on the affiliates business structure </p><p>3.
