What You Will Lead

As a Production Supervisor at Wolverine, you are responsible for your area’s performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

 

You will:

·       Set expectations clearly and follow through consistently

·       Reinforce safe behavior and correct unsafe actions immediately

·       Coach operators and develop a capable, confident team

·       Ensure adherence to procedures, specifications, and standard work

·       Maintain an organized, audit-ready work environment

·       Manage labor, resources, and shift flow to meet production targets

·       Apply lean principles to improve processes and eliminate waste

·       Collaborate with supervisors across shifts for alignment and continuity

Experience & Education

·       Associate degree OR 2–4 years related supervisory experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

·       Ability to interpret specifications, procedures, and technical instructions

·       Strong problem-solving ability using data, observation, and root cause thinking

·       Willingness to work 8- or 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends as required
