The Role

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $85,000 - $140,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.

Core Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual tax provision calculations including supporting workpapers.
- Work closely with accounting, operational, and other groups to obtain and validate information for income tax provision and return preparation.
- Maintain ONESOURCE Tax Provision module.
- Review stock-based compensation related tax analyses.
- Prepare documentation supporting SOX 4o4 compliance.
- Prepare calculations related to Pillar 2 tax liabilities.
- Assist with annual R&D tax credit study.
- Support tax projects as needed that will be related but not limited to income tax provision, tax returns, and process improvement.
- Effectively communicate with management on complex tax issues as necessary, including impact of any tax reform legislation and/or internal business changes.
What We Value
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to drive tasks to completion autonomously.
- Strong accounting skills, including ability to collect, prepare and analyze data and information to reconstruct, detect, support, or refute a position and ensure that the explanation provided reconciles with the underlying data.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data for analysis.
- Experience with OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Income Tax software is preferred.
What We Require
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
- 4+ years of corporate tax experience with a public accounting firm and/or a tax department of a multi-national corporation which involved complex entity structures and tax issues.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of ASC 740.
- Ability to work onsite at least twice a week.
