We grow together!</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Embedded Systems Testing Engineer</strong> to oversee and execute comprehensive testing activities for our BSW (Base Software) and ecosystem components within the <strong>Automotive domain</strong>. The role involves system integration testing, BSW component testing, acceptance testing, and maintaining the testing infrastructure, particularly Hardware-in-Loop (HiL) setups. The ideal candidate will design test system architecture, coordinate test activities and implement measures to enhance software quality through testing processes.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead testing efforts for BSW and ecosystem components, including system integration tests with various ecosystem elements.</li><li>Conduct BSW component testing and acceptance testing, ensuring compliance with defined specifications.</li><li>Manage and maintain Hardware in Loop testing infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Develop test system architecture and designs, planning and coordinating testing activities.</li><li>Identify measures to enhance software quality through testing activities.</li><li>Analyze requirements, translate them into test cases and scripts, and participate in requirement reviews for testability.</li><li>Execute manual and automated tests, validate results, and continuously improve the test environment and methodologies.</li><li>Develop, review, and execute system test cases, configure test environments, and evaluate test results.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>At least <strong>4 years</strong> of experience in complex <strong>embedded safety system/ECU</strong> or <strong>Automotive ECU testing</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency in tools like <strong>IBM ALM, ECU-Test, or TPT</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>HiL testing environments</strong> like ETAS, dSPACE or NI.</li><li>Good knowledge of <strong>CAN tools</strong> like CANoe, CANalyzer, or CANape/INCA.</li><li><strong>Adaptability</strong> to evolving tools and technologies, familiarity with <strong>CI/CD</strong> environments, and <strong>scripting</strong> capabilities.</li><li>Proficiency in scripting languages like CAPL scripting, Python.</li><li>Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work <strong>independently</strong>, yet collaboratively <strong>within a team</strong>.</li><li>Readiness for occasional <strong>short work trips</strong>, mostly Germany</li><li>Strong communication skills both in <strong>Polish</strong> and <strong>English</strong> </li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills (Nice to Have)</strong></p><ul><li>ISTQB Advanced level Test Manager certification or Foundation level.</li><li>Experience in testing ECU Control Software in MIL (Model-in-loop) and SIL (Software-in-Loop) environments.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Bosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
