Frozen/Dairy Merchandiser - Full-Time

Our team members are critical to promote Kessler’s Customer Commitment by providing Unmatched Customer Service; Unmatched Quality & Freshness; and Unmatched Presentation & Cleanliness. Our team members must be willing to provide speedy, friendly, helpful, and thankful service to our customers.

Every team member must be able to fulfill the responsibilities below.

Requirements

· Cleaning - Maintain Cleaning Standards

· Culling & Rotating - shrink management - ensures all product fresh and in code!

· Fast & Friendly Service - Engaging our customers with friendly service.

· Organization - Coolers/Freezers/Dry Storage-Products and supplies are put away in the correct location. 

· Stocking Freight - Unloads, organizes and rotates. All pallets are off the floor by 9 a.m. Carts used for stocking.

· Quality First - Must ensure that all product coming in from vendors meets all of our product standards.

· Follow POG's & Merch Plans - Read and understand all Plan-o-grams (POGs) and Merchandising Plans for the week. 

· Labeling and Packaging - properly uses the scales, department codes and packaging if required by department

· Outgoing - Friendly, talkative, and engaging with the customer.

· Product Knowledge - Knowledgeable about all of the products in the case and can comfortably make recommendations for customers.

· Strong & Fast - Must be able to lift 80lb boxes, work freight, and set department by deadlines.

· Must be able to work between the hours of 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm with weekends and holidays

· Must be 18+
