Faculty Part-time - Physical Therapy

General Summary of Position:
The Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Lowell is searching for part-time adjunct instructors to teach in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Teaching opportunities are available beginning in Fall 2025 semester. We seek candidates with expertise in orthopedic/musculoskeletal, neurological, pediatric, geriatric, acute care, and/or cardiovascular and pulmonary physical therapy.
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred
- Physical Therapy License in Massachusetts (Current)
- The ability to work effectively with diverse student, faculty, and staff populations
Additional Considerations:
- Candidates with qualifications to teach in more than one area will be given priority
- Candidates with a DPT or higher degree will be given priority
- Previous teaching experience at the university/college level is desirable
- Previous clinical education supervision is desirable
