Description:

The Business Systems Analyst, at TA Digital, is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. They analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective systems and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and meet business objectives.

Business Systems Analysts are highly motivated individuals with strong technical and communication skills who leverages data to create impactful analysis and reporting to help inform strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively across a diverse team to gather requirements and conduct process mapping to facilitate design, data analysis, testing, documentation and change management of system requirements.

Responsibilities:

TA Digital's Business Systems Analyst are critical links between business goals and IT solutions, helping organizations improve their operations, systems, and processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• System Design: Design and document effective systems, processes, and workflows to meet business goals.
• Data Analysis: Analyze and model data to support business decision-making and improve data-driven processes.
• Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure systems and processes meet quality and performance standards.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including user guides and system manuals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Change Management: Assist in change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new systems or processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, IT or related field | Master's degree (preferred)
• Experience working in a digital agency or consulting / advisory firm environment
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management skills
• Knowledge of business analyst methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of Customer Data Platform (CDP) software / systems required
• Exposure to AEP is preferred; Salesforce PRM, SFMC or TIBCO is a strong plus
• Familiar with project management principles
• Familiar with use of collaborative tools preferably confluence or Jira
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a distributed agile onshore / offshore team environment
• Ability to work in a Hybrid – In Office Model 3 days a week and key meetings

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. TA Digital treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $100 – 125K is anticipated for this role in the US.
