We’re seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman to join our team and take on a leadership role in pipe system installation and repair. In this position, you'll plan and oversee the layout and installation of plumbing systems, ensuring all work is completed according to specifications, local codes, and safety standards. You will provide guidance and training to field crew members, ensuring they follow best practices and regulatory requirements.

As a Plumbing Foreman, you will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, managing resources, and conducting quality control inspections to ensure projects meet the highest standards. You’ll also play a key role in reporting data, ensuring all materials are properly used, and maintaining safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. The Plumbing Journeyman installs and removes plumbing fixtures for new construction and renovation projects, interpreting blueprints and performing tasks like drilling, measuring, cutting, and welding. They also mentor and evaluate Apprentice Plumbers while ensuring high-quality service and responding to customer needs consistently.

Minimum Requirements:


5+ years’ recent experience in plumbing field
Possess (or be able to pass) city/county/state Journeyman certification test
Completion of a state-sponsored Apprenticeship program preferred
Advanced knowledge of Plumbing practices and procedures
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status required


Key Job Duties:


Plan, install, and repair pipe systems according to specifications, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Guide and train team members on proper techniques, procedures, and safety practices while overseeing job activities and schedules.
Conduct quality control inspections, report data such as labor hours and materials usage, and ensure safe operation of machinery and tools.
Maintain proficiency in plumbing skills and obtain necessary licensures/certifications.
