Global Logistics Project Manager (Operations & Performance)

YOUR TASKS
•Coordinate and support operational logistics activities between plants, logistics hubs, suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
•Identify potential and drive process harmonization, digitalization, and standardization initiatives across the logistics network
•Support demand planning and forecasting alignment, including escalation management for demand fluctuations and backlog situations
•Coordinate operational excellence, governance, and compliance initiatives while ensuring adherence to Health & Safety requirements across the logistics network
•Develop complex analyses and business cases to support strategic decision-making, operational improvements, and supply chain optimization
•Support transportation management activities, sourcing initiatives, tenders, escalations and other forwarder-related projects
•Support crisis management and cross-functional task forces for supply chain disruptions and customer escalations
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
•Solid knowledge of Supply chain processes, preferable in automotive industry
•Strong analytical skills and experience with SAP, Data Warehouse systems, Excel, Power Query, SAC and reporting tools
•Experience in logistics performance management, process improvement, and global project management
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
•Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment
•Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
