Senior Process Facility Engineer

Location: Gdansk Employment: Vollzeit Entry date: As of now

Your tasks

• Performing calculations related to technological process (e.g. batch optimization) and logistic (e.g. warehouse storage capacity)
• Carrying out technological process analysis, selecting process equipment and technological lines
• Development of block flow diagrams and mass balance
• Development of process equipment list including demand for utilities and power consumption
• Determining exposure level and the methods of containment
• Determining the technological process waste management
• Development of process rooms layouts, including arrangement of equipment
• Development of GMP-compliant layouts: clean zones, personnel, materials and waste flow, pressure cascades
• Defining project assumptions for other disciplines (e.g. utilities connections)
• Defining requirements for technological process automation
• Defining functional requirements for IMS systems supporting technological process
• Development of technological descriptions of designed plants
• Development of User Requirements Specifications for process equipment
• Development of functional specifications and P&IDs for technological systems
• Preparation and issue of project documentation

Your profile

• M.Sc. Degree in field of Life Sciences (Chemical and Process Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Pharmacy etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience in working in a similar position (engineering and / or production company)
• Knowledge of MsOffice and Revit / AutoCAD
• Readiness for domestic and foreign business trips
• Readiness to work on construction sites (installation, commissioning and qualification of technological devices)
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least B2 level)
• Teamwork personality with good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Focused and details oriented
• Ability to develop and execute competitive solutions
